Last week after what seemed like the longest flat spell in history we finally got some surf worth getting wet for. It wasn't the best swell ever but it was 2 - 3ft and with barely a breath of wind. Needless to say the village was buzzing.
Richard Gregory from "Wavedreamer" wanted to get together with us and do some filming, thankfully the sun was out and we managed to get an hour together creating another Gulf Stream and Wavedreamer collaboration.
Along with Richard, Gordon Dryburgh was shooting stills from the beach and Rob Tibbles was swimming with getting some water footage.
With 3 cameras and 4 surfers we were feeling slightly on show, but everyone got some nice waves so it panned out well.
The video should be edited and finished in the next few weeks, weather depending!
In the mean while here is a few stills to keep you interested, Keep you're eyes firmly fixed here for the video release.
**UPDATE 24 JUNE**
Due to bad weather we are not able to get the last bit of filming done :( we will be getting it done ASAP, but as always will keep you posted!!
