ORDERS
Online
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to

the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to

offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by

contract will be formed and your artwork will be despatched to you.
Offline
If you would like to make an order and pay offline, send a letter

of your order which should include details of the items ordered,
price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone number together
with a cheque. When you send this letter you are making an offer
to buy. You will be sent an e-mail or letter confirming receipt

your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted
by us via e-mail or letter confirming that your offer has been accepted.

Your order confirmation e-mail or letter will provide the following
information:
o order reference
number
o delivery name and address
o date of order
o item(s) ordered and prices
o grand total
o any special delivery notes you have requested

PACKAGING
If ordering a surfboard and wish to have it shipped within the UK
- all boards will be charged at £30 / board (under 8'). All
boards above this length will need quoting seperately.

DELIVERY
Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery
will be via Royal Mail. Please note that an extra delivery charge
may be applicable for non-standard delivery.
If you would
like a faster or alternative method of delivery, please contact
us to enquire.
Delivery
times:
UK - 2-3 working
days
Europe - 3-5 working days
USA - 5-7 working days
These are approximate
delivery times. We cannot be held responsible if any products take
longer than the specified delivery times.

CANCELLATIONS
By law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven)
working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This
right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been
made to your specification or personalized. We must have written
notice of your cancellation.
You will receive
a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same
format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through
PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have
already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care
and they should be returned to us in their original condition at
your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods
to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should
be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods.

If the goods
are not returned we will collect them and deduct the direct cost
from the refund or charge these costs to you.

RETURNS POLICY
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However,
in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive
a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation.

FAULTY GOODS
We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have
ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if
you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer
shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in
relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to
be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.

In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable

English Courts.
All sales will
be conducted in English.
This contract
will not be filed.
