Stream offers a guarantee when you purchase any new custom surfboard.
|
|
|
Ding Guarantee
All new Gulf Stream surfboards come with a 1 month ding guarantee.
This means that any dings caused to your board will be repaired
free of charge by Gulf Stream, up to 1 month after your initial
purchase. Gulf Stream will repair the surfboard provided that:
1.The board is damaged under normal usage (in the sea)
2. It is not used in the water after the damage has occured making
the damaged area water logged. If it is temporarily repaired it
must be to a standard so that it is not letting in any water.
Snap Guarantee
All new surfboards that are below 8'2" and over 6'5" in
length qualify for a three month snap guarantee. There is no guarantee
on boards with 4oz glass. Gulf Stream will replace the surfboard
if it is totally snapped (in the sea) - in the UK. Nose snaps within
the first 8" will be repaired.
