goretex.a great invention;essential material for a 'normal' british winter.

press-ups.now this might seem a little obsessive,but I'm back on my'whenever i take a piss i do 20 push ups 'routine ,inorder to fight the christmas flab(see below).This fitness regime is great for paddling and was handed over to me in a pub urinal by woolacombe's finest, neil clifton.

weight gain.over the last 10 days I've consumed more chocolate and cake than I had done in the previous 10 months.Consequently, I've moved up a belt notch and my pants feel painfully tight.....roll on next week(see what's HOT)

recession.most economists say that a european recession is inevitable next year.....at least that means interest rates will stay low , hence there's no real excuse for not buying a new board on a credit card!......
